Week 1 meals
Summer Lunch Program
Here is a list of our week 1 meals for the school lunch program:

Chicken Noodle Soup
ingredients:
Soup base, carrots, onion, celery, noodles, shredded chicken

(Gluten free has gluten free noodles)
​
Reheating:
Reheat in microwave for 2 minute intervals until the meal is above 65°c.

Salisbury Steak, mashed and corn
Ingredients: Beef, gluten free oats, ketchup, mustard, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, mashed potatoes, butter, corn, gluten free gravy

Reheating:
Put dish in microwave with lid on loosely and microwave for 2 minutes at a time until meal reaches desired temperature(65°C)

Hamburger Macaroni
ingredients:
Noodles, cream base, cheese, hamburger

Reheating:
Reheat in microwave for 1 minute intervals (stirring between) until the meal is above 65°c.
​
Gluten Free:
Cream base is gluten free, gluten free has gluten free noodles.

Pizza rolls & broccoli cheddar rice
ingredients:
Soft tortilla, cheese, pizza sauce, sautéed peppers and mushrooms, pepperoni
​
Rice: White rice, creamy base, cheese, broccoli, chicken stock.
​
Reheating:
Reheat in microwave for 30 second intervals until the meal is above 65°c. Pizza rolls can be heated in oven or air fryer too for extra crispiness!

Gluten free version:
has gluten free tortilla and gluten free pepperoni

Ham + Cheese Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
Chopped ham steak, marble cheese, peas, peppers.
Dressing: Mayo, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika.
Reheating:
No need! Enjoy this meal cold.

Gluten free has gluten free noodles.
Week 2 meals
Summer Lunch Program
Here is a list of our week 2 meals for the school lunch program:

Baked Potato Soup
Ingredients: Yukon gold potatoes, cream, milk, gluten free cream base, gluten free soup base, onion, garlic, sour cream, green onions & bacon bits.

Reheating:
Put entire dish in microwave with cover on loosely and heat in 2 minute internals until temperate reaches desired temperature (65°C).

Cheeseburger, Veggies + Dip
Ingredients: Bun, cheese, hamburger, ketchup, celery, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, ranch dressing

Reheating:
Put burger microwave with paper towel on top (use lid of meal container - no extra dishes needed!) and microwave for 30 second intervals until burger is hot all the way through (65°C)
​
Gluten free version:
Gluten free bun

Pasta + Meat Sauce with Hidden Veggies
Ingredients: Pasta sauce, celery, mushrooms, onions, peppers, beef, noodles, parmesean cheese.​
Reheating:
Put entire dish in microwave with cover on loosely and microwave in 2 minute internals until entire meal is hot and has reached desired temperate of (65°C).

Gluten free version:
Gluten free brown rice pasta.

Chicken Tacos
ingredients:
Soft tortilla, cheese, shredded chicken, lettuce, salsa, sour cream and salsa

Reheating:
This meal can be eaten cold but the chicken & wraps can be reheated. Set wraps, cheese and chicken onto a plate and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Add lettuce and sauce and wrap up!

Gluten free:
Gluten free corn tortillas

Beef taco rice bowl
Ingredients:
Rice, beef, gluten free taco spice, corn, peppers, taco sauce
Reheating:
Microwave with lid on for 2 minute internals until entire meal is 65°C.
